Return Policy

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of an order comprising multiple goods delivered separately, this period begins from the day the Customer acquires physical possession of the last item in the order. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform us of their decision to withdraw by sending a return request via the shop's dedicated return form or by sending a clear statement via email to sklep@smart-target.pl.
2. The Customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
3. The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Return Steps

1. Notify us of your return by filling out the return form available in your account or by sending an email with your return request to sklep@smart-target.pl.
2. Fill in the return form (if not done online), print it, and place it inside the package.
3. Don't forget to include proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and your contact information.
4. Securely pack the item(s), ideally in their original packaging, to prevent damage during transit.
5. Send the package to our address: Smart Target, Koperkowa 47D, 81-587, Gdynia, Poland.
6. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive your return notification or the returned goods (whichever is later).
